Mom, Shalimar and I went to Sam's Chowder House for lunch in Half Moon Bay. We joked that it was quick lunch even though it took about 40 minutes to get there. :-) Mom and I had New England clam chowder and the Blue Crab sandwich. Shalimar had the House Smoked Salmon "Nicoise". And we all had the fried calamari as an appetizer. Sam's Chowder is known for one of America's top five sandwiches in 2007 - the Sam's Lobster Roll. The food was delicious and the views of the Pacific Ocean were fantastic! All photos were taken with a Canon Powershot S95.
