I hiked up Mission Peak the night President Obama gave his State of the Union Address. Not to worry... I TiVo'd and watched the entire speech with Andrew when I returned home. Andrew fell asleep about halfway through it. :-)

We had quite a bit of rain in the Bay Area in January, so when there was a break in the weather I took advantage of a beautiful day to go for a hike up Mission Peak. As luck would have it, the full moon was just two days away so I was able to capture the rising moon above a sunlit Mission Peak.
