Shalimar and I went to Cotogna restaurant in San Francisco. We discovered Cotogna when we went to Quince for Shalimar's 38th birthday. Cotogna is Quince's sister restaurant. They're located right next to each other on Pacific Avenue. I believe they even share parts of the same kitchen. Cotogna was really really great. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in and the food was delicious! The dishes were thoughtfully prepared but not pretentious in any way. Just good food!
